Story: 5/10
Its nothing original. The story follows a little girl who was abandoned by her parents because she could read people's minds. The girl grows up alone and starts a new school where she meets a guy that likes her and a psychic club that wants her. Average anime with average episodes. It can be pretty silly which is enjoyable, but its whatever.
Art: 4/10
The epitome of generic anime. The art looks like the stuff those emo scene kids in class draw on their math hw. Its not beautiful, but its fine.
Sound: 5/10
...
Sounds fine.
Character: 3/10
The characters aren't that unique. The typical anime cast of characters with extreme over exaggeration. There is a weird grandpa who lusts for his granddaughter if you're into that stuff. Nothing special, no one to love.
Enjoyment: 6/10
Despite there being a lot of flaws with this anime, I still kind of enjoy it. Its pretty far. Cute scenes and silly moments.
Overall: 5/10
Pretty mediocre, nothing absolutely terrible though.

Story: 1/10
I've never watched an anime with a more pathetic story. I think I find the Cockroach girl anime more appealing than this one. The story line feels like the creators decided to pull all their favorite aspects out of all the anime they've ever liked and put it into one. There is a weak reference to "deep" connections between these 7 gangs in the anime, but this story is following the main character, Shiro and his cat that turns into a sexy girl randomly. The blue gang is a vigilante police group and one of the members, Kuro, believes that Shiro committed a murder
...
based on this shady cell phone video of Shiro or someone who appears to look like him, committing the crime, and Kuro decides to follow Shiro around at school and become a "transfer student" and cook for Shiro and his cat like he has no real duties. The story line is absolutely horrid and there is nothing great about it.
Art: 10/10
The anime contains the most beautiful art I've seen in a lot of anime, but that is the only thing going for it. I am continuing this anime based on the art alone.
Update: 1/10
As the series went on, the art began to decrease in quality. The group probably spent all of their budget on the first episode and everything else went to horribleness.
Sound: 6/10
It sounds fine.
Character: 1/10
Just like the story line, the characters are pathetic. They are not unique in any way and there is no character depth at all. I feel no emotions or sympathy for any of them. The main character, Shiro, seems to be this aloof high school kid who appears to have some dark side or schizophrenic tendency, but also doesn't seem to have much care. The cat/girl turns into a human randomly, she has two different colored eyes, and does "cute" things. (I think she is a rip of Shiro from Deadman Wonderland, but not as enjoyable). The red gang seems to be a collection of "tough, cool guys" plus some strange gothic lolita girl. There hasn't been much on the red gang yet for me to make inferences on them. The vigilante police blue gang includes Kuro, the guy who carries around swords and follows around the main character while the main character tries to prove his innocence. He's boring and one dimensional and seems to be a rip of Jin from Samurai Champloo, and he carries around a weird briefcase filled with cooking utensils. There is a woman in the blue gang, who is dressed in this outfit where her butt hangs out but apparently works in this professional setting. She seems like a rip of Hawkeye from Full Metal Alchemist.
Enjoyment: 5/10
I enjoy it because its fun to make fun of.
Update: 3/10
Overall: 3/10
This isn't an anime that will ever make a mark. It in general, just sucks.
Update: 1/10
If you enjoy watching characters stare at each other for long periods of time, fight scenes eliminated, important parts of the story not even animated (the blimp crash scene), and characters having "deep" connections and conversations with each other which are never explained, this is the anime for you.

Anime: Aishiteruze Baby
Type: TV- 26 episodes
Genre: Comedy, Drama, Romance, Shoujo, Slice of Life
Plot Synopsis:
Five-year-old Yuzuyu is abandoned by her distraught mother and is left with no one to care for her. Yuzuyu is left at the Katakura household, where her extended family decides that Kippei Katakura, Yuzuyu's goofy, playboy cousin, will be given guardianship over Yuzuyu. At first, Kippei is a bit overwhelmed with the responsibilities of taking care of a child, but as he learns more about Yuzuyu and tries his best to help her deal with her mother's disappearance, they become closer and relationship grows stronger.
Story: (7.5/10)
The story is a touching tale of
...
the everyday issues that both Kippei and Yuzuyu have to deal with. Aishiteruze Baby doesn't do a great job of addressing several serious matters including child abuse, suicide, stalking, and many emotional problems. Several of these issues aren't given more than 1 or 2 episodes to be dealt with, and the lack of good execution makes them seem as if they weren't that big of a deal to begin with. On the other hand, there is a lot of a lighthearted, feelgood drama that makes the story enjoyable and the characters loveable.
Characters: (8/10)
Aside from the dynamic characters, Kippei and Yuzuyu, the other characters in Aishiteruze Baby did not go through much change or development. Initially, Kippei is introduced as a flirty teenage boy who hooks up with different girls on rooftops, but with Yuzuyu's entrance in his life, he discontinues his social life and devotes most of his time to her, making him a seemingly flawless human being. Yuzuyu's character is extremely well written, and she is portrayed with very realistic reactions and emotions that a five-year-old would feel after being abandoned by her mother. The other preschoolers in the story are also written almost as well as Yuzuyu's character in that they act and interact like little kids would. The behaviors and relationships that Yuzuyu develops with the some of the children in her preschool reflect real world relationships between children. Overall, the very touching relationships and feelings between the characters make them very loveable.
Art/Animation: (8/10)
The art and character design of Aishiteruze Baby is very cute and bubbly. The characters are all very adorable and interesting in design. The animation on the other hand is alright, but nothing special. A lot of the animation is very simplistic and nothing memorable is enticed within the animation.
Voice Acting/ Music: (10/10)
The music used was very strong and did a good job conveying the mood of the episode. The opening theme song was a very cute, light song that conveys a happy theme. The voice acting for Yuzuyu was absolutely perfect. If not for the excellent voice acting for Yuzuyu, her character might not have even seemed like a preschooler.
Overall: (8/10)
Aishiteruze Baby is a very sweet anime that any shoujo lover would enjoy. The story is very lightweight and adorable, but also touches certain serious issues that many people endure. Although, more development and a better execution would have made the story more enjoyable, the happy feel makes this anime a nice watch for anyone wanting a cute little drama revolving around the most adorable anime preschooler

~Warning: This review may contain spoilers from Full Metal Alchemist (TV Series.~
Anime: Full Metal Alchemist: The Conqueror of Shambala
Type: Movie - 1 episode
Genre: Comedy, Drama, Fantasy, Historical, Shounen
Plot Synopsis:
The Conqueror of Shambala takes place in Munich, Germany, 2 years after Edward Elric had been taken from his world into the "real world". Edward no longer has his alchemy powers and has to live by the physics of the real world. He spends most of his time helping a man named Alphonse Heiderich, a man who is a striking resemblance of Alphonse Elric, Edward's brother that he left behind in the alchemy world. In the real
...
world, Edward has been trying to find a way to get home and return to his friends and family while in the alchemy world, Alphonse Elric has been searching for a way to bring Edward back through alchemy. Both worlds are collided together and havoc is unleashed when some evil people from the real world discover a way to break into the the alchemy world.
Story: (8/10)
The story line of this movie follows and sticks with the story line of the TV series almost 100 % accurately. Also, historical events from the Post WWI era are represented in the movie. Hitler and the Nazi Party's failed attempt at the Munich Putsch takes place while Edward is in the real world and references to the Treaty of Versailles are shown as people are shown complaining about the government being taken over by communists. Standing alone from the TV series, the story line will seem confusing and many references to characters from the anime will not be understood. To fully enjoy this movie, I recommend that anyone should watch the TV series before watching the movie so that they can get a better feel for the connection between the brothers and experience the character developments through the TV series beforehand.
Character: (9/10)
The characters in this movie were excellent. Many of the characters from the alchemy world had a counterpart in the real world and vice-versa. To add historical significance to this movie, historical figures such as Adolf Hitler, silent film director, Fritz Lang, supposed clairvoyant Erik Jan Hanussan, and geopolitical professor, Karl Haushoffer were also involved in the story. Although some of the characters are given a lot less screen time than Edward, the creators did a good job in executing their appearances and integrating them into the story.
Art/ Animation: (10/10)
Beautiful, stunning, and great quality. The animation moved smoothly and was enhanced by the beautiful art and design of the characters and scenes.
Voice acting/ Music: (9/10)
The dubbed version that I saw had smooth voice dubbing and the music did a good job accenting the scenes in the movie.
Overall: (9/10)
This movie was a great adaption of the TV series and did an excellent job at showcasing the characters and giving them significance. The movie also did a good job at giving the TV series a satisfying conclusion and had both funny and tragic aspects in the story. The overall execution was done very nicely and I would recommend this movie to any Full Metal Alchemist lover.
