Simply put. For all the Adults in the room, here is an Ecchi you don't have to be embarrassed to watch.
When you've been watching anime since the 90's and really are tired of the High School typical anime protagonist + sister and jealous class rep being the topic for so long, mostly because you know not a single colleague in the world would look at you the same if you told them to watch it.
Well, here comes something that's unique, for adults who survived the MMO era of life, and want that slice of life living in a medieval fantasy feel.
This is
...
the Kino's, Somali's, For my Daughter(lazy me) relaxing style anime for perverts who get a huge laugh out of this, but it's not taking yourself to seriously.
I was on the fence watching it at first, like wtf could this be, and when I did I was amazed at actually how good it was.
The complaints come from people who want an incredibly deep anime that has a metaphorical meaning they can ponder into oblivion.
This doesn't have that.
This is like a book you read, but you feel absolutely nothing, you get some chuckles from the stories of the every day life of the characters, but when it's over you feel nothing.
IR is just like that, no cliffhangers that make you waiting till next week with suspense, no drama that keeps you up at night thinking.
Just funny stories about guys reviewing girls and brothels.
Today it would be like reviewing girls on Only Fan's..
10/10 - Because for the genre this anime is, without it trying to appeal to a crowd of FM fan bots, it truly is a masterpiece for the season, and for its niche genre.
