I have to say, you remind me so much of myself when I just picked up on anime. SnO was the first anime I actually watched and it introduced me to a whole new world, the world of otakus. I can see why you love SnO so much because even after watching all kind of anime, I still love SnO the most. In general, I love ecchi/harem anime, they even have a club for that! I think you should join. The fanservice left a huge impact on me so if you enjoy those kind of anime, I would highly recommend you Highschhol DxD, infinite stratos, and Kore wa zombie. Those are famous for their ecchiness so I think you should try it out.

I read the SnO review and it spoke my heart. I was extremely disappointed when I heard about it for a couple reason. The first one was that it's the finale!!! Even though I knew the anime is gonna end someday, I did not expect it to come so soon. The second reason was they changed it from a whole SEASON to 1 MOVIE. Although that's better than nothing, is still disappointing to compress a whole season in to a mere movie.

I know of is it to fall in love with an anime series, everyone on MAL knows it I think! My first love was Slayers/Slayers Next series, but quickly overtaken by Tenkuu no Escaflowne! It was years ago but I still love this series and rewatched it often (even if I didn't like the ending and write a 35 chapters fanfiction to make the ending for my taste!)!

You should, if you didn't do it yet, ask the fan of your fav' series to recommend you other series you may like!
You can take to me when you want, but sometimes I just want to watch anime and don't write in English so don't expect very fast answers!

Thanks for the message you've sent me. Oh boy, you remind me a lot about myself 4 years ago when I first watch SnO. On a whim I bought the DVD from my otaku friend (back then I wasn't such an avid anime viewer) cause he was short on cash. I was still considerably a virgin in anime viewing so for some reason SnO did leave quite an impact on me. I would say it is up there with some of my top animes of all time but I can't really explain my affinity towards it. I was filled with so much emptiness when I finished watching the first season (this was before the 2nd season was released) so I had to look it up online for the manga and continue reading it from that point onwards though updates were slow. I think this is how most of us newbies whom only got a nibble of what anime has to offer react after the end of our few first favourite anime series. So while waiting for news on the second season I started watching a lot of other animes to fill that void. So I could confidently say that SnO was the series that really propelled me into the anime world.

And I can understand you wanting to make a follow up fanfiction manga. I myself tried making a game using RPG Maker based on a non-canon storyline from the series. This was like 3 years ago. (Haha don't google it up, it's embarrasing how it turned out).

No I didn't write a review on the series because I think the current reviewers already did enough justice for the series. For that I am grateful to them. Yes I would recommend this anime to everyone but of course I am selective with this and only offer it to people I know whom are into ecchi/harem/comedy genres.
I couldn't find yours though, I'm assuming it was removed (I get a lot of my reviews removed as well haha) And I notice you were arguing with someone below in the comments but glad you guys manage to resolve it peacefully. I think MAL has a good community, heck I even made my first friend in MAL whom also loved SnO like me. Such a coincidence.

Dear Idanluz22, I do not hate this anime, I don't even watched it! I have friends who like it, some who don't like it! Something good with anime is that there are different genre, and everyone can find something they like or dislike! Like everything in TV, bookshops, Internet...
I do have a problem with your reviews (but didn't report it because someone did it before me) because it was spam reviews: caps-lock, no content and copy/paste for all seasons/OVA/whatever. It has absolutely no interest and very childish!

I do believe you when you say it's great anime, even if you have less than 10 different series, and if you watch more series, you will maybe (probably) find other series you like even more! But this is your problem, not mine!

Back to your review, the second one is not relly better than the first one... why don't you use all the energy you have ("i can write reviews about this anime all day all week all month all year and i dont care how many times ur gonna delete my reviews") to write a review that make people want to watched it? Because "as u can obvlusly see this anime was rated by me to be THE BEST anime ever made" make this series 1st of 5 animes since you only watch 5 different series. Plus, you already rated by 10 the movie you didn't even watched yet... it's not because you like all the series than the last movie would be good... you don't know before watching it!

You also complain about it to not be long... I think it's still good to have an ending for a series, specially since so much anime have only 1 or 2 seasons, and if you want more, you have to read the manga... since anime are usually made to promote the original manga/novel!

I ask you DID YOU BUY THE JAPANESE DVD/BD?? If you buy it in your country (I don't know where you come from but probably from US) it has nothing to do with the Japanese sales! If a series sales are good/bad outside Japan, Japanese don't care!! Foreign countries don't buy expensive licenses and Japan will not have more money a the series sales are really good outside Japan!! Same way, if the sales are very bad outside Japan, Japan will not lose money!!
That's why, when people really care about a series and want more about it, they often pre-order it from Japan (usually from amazon).
But in you case, since the series seems already finished it will not change anything! But did you check other works from the original creator? When one series end, they began an other one...

Once again, you really should make some effort in your review if you want more people to watch it! Because your kind of review just make a lot of people think that this series is for stupid kids who are not able to explain themselves... so what is good about this series? how are the characters, the relationships for you? What make this anime so special for you?

Btw, I try as much as possible to stay far from harem+ecchi, even with comedy... because I almost always end to rate them bad! And I'm sure you also don't want to watch some genre of series isn't it?

If not, it even morenuseless to spam like this, since Japanese don't give a shit about foreign sells...
