If you think this anime is really confusing, then watch it till the end because the way the mystery unfolds at the end, is amazing. If you don't like the graphics, watch it for the plot or for the music. The way the detective world, magic world and action are combined in the anime, is amazing. I have never watched something so interesting. I loved the graphics with all my heart because just like Zankyou no Terror, B the beginning, has amazing character design. As I finished watching this, my opinion was very high on the overall story. However, now that I look back on it, the story lacked so much. The whole anime focused mostly on the MC and his coach and I liked that Yuri Katsuki wasn't just an ordinary guy that wanted to become a figure ice skater but actually was one of the best ones in Japan. So here's a plus. But I (like probably many other watchers) wanted to see more of the side characters like Yuri Plisetsky or even Mila Babicheva and we were not presented with that as such.

First of all, I am going to talk about the graphics. After watching Yuri!!! On Ice I decided to watch this anime as I noticed how good it was. The graphics are amazing, even when the characters are away from the camera it still looks good. I could compare it to YOI as the graphics in YOI lacked some features when away from the camera (And that's why I mentioned this anime) The music sadly didn't speak to me. I recommend the anime to everyone who likes mystery and drama. This was the best anime I've watched during the Manga&Anime camp I was on, last summer 2016. The graphics are stunning, the story is beautiful and the music is amazing. The way they used Icelandic in the anime is great. I love Nordic languages and it made me so happy to see them using an Icelandic song and an Icelandic word in the anime. I also enjoyed the character developments in some of the MCs. It was nice to see how they were changing with time.

I really enjoy this anime but I recommend it to people who are patient. This is not an anime for a person that likes the story to have a sense from the start. It is for people who like to watch and watch to see how everything is changing and how the MC has his moments but also the other characters. I am a bit angry that the MC is kind of forgotten sometimes but when I started to watch the first episode I would never think that the story will be so different from what I thought it will be.
