This may seem like a stretch but hear me out. Much in tune with the idea that you can "make an anime out of anything", both shows are not *really* about what you think they are. Well, MoshiDora spells it out for you with its very long title but if you didn't already get it...MoshiDora isn't really an anime about Baseball. Baseball just happens to be the medium to convey the real message of applying Drucker's management strategies to a variety of situations. In the same way Bartender tells a variety of different stories using the medium of a bartending and drinks with a rich history. The drinks and the bartender are not the subject of the show, just a bridge to convey the different stories to the viewers. If you enjoy the "out of the box thinking" one offers, or if you want something more/less moe, may be worth checking the other one out.
