There is a misconception about how to treat this anime as a viewer. Many people fall into the disgrace of just awarding its superficial characteristics, maybe because they are appealing for a vast part of the community. The reality is that Dragon Maid is not just its colourful palette and huge milkers, it is not exclusively a eye candy to enjoy the beautiful designs of its characters and their apparently insane way of being, Dragon Maid signifies one of a hell unique experience that mix the peak of the japanese animation standards while mixing it with some well thought building of its elements.
First of all
...
I'm not going to say that KyoAni hasnt done a good job with this second season. Indeed, I think that the animation, art and design is as good as it have been with the first season. Fluid animation, well done motions, it spreads a living colourful experience that creates an ambience that is eloquent with the own story and it translates the feelings told by the story to the viewer through the eyes and the ears in a magnificient way. The point is, that is what we expect from them at this point. Anything less than this would be a degrade of quality, they are just that great. Then, how can we evaluate something that good in that apartment?
To do so we have to evaluate the goals of this anime in its story. This is a Comedy, SoL and Fantasy. One could be unwise and say that the sole purpose of this anime is to convey a wholesome comedy, but the good thing is that it works even it is just that! The comedy is amusing. You have running gags that have been building from the last season and still works, they work because the characters nature conveys a reasonable excuse to them to exist in the first place. There is no external force that drives the comedy, the comedy is a endogenous characteristic of the own nature of the story and the consequences that have been molded through the presentation of the characters. To be specific to this season, in this case any comedy act of Ilulu is masterfully created by her own way of growing up, and how she actually perceives the human race.
Then, why is that foolish to just say that this is a wholesome comedy? There is a deeper act going on. The concept of the juxtaposition from characters from another world into this world, and the critiques and moral concepts that arise from them are masterfully done. The fact that many people cant look past the tits, lolis and shotas relationships that are actually a huge reference, is a landmark about how this anime does this in such a proficient way. It is not on your nose, you have to actually pay attention and interpret the whole worldbuilding that have been presented throughout this and the past season to really get and click the point of this. Topics like mutual respect, importance of honesty, living your own life, understanding the other and being aware of your own actions are camouflaged behind the blurred lines of comedy. Attacks to the exploitative working force, references and understanding about our way of living and proper reflexion of it through the usage of the dragons are always the focal point of the comedy. The characters relationships and how they mold the perspective of the viewer and the understanding of the feelings of all characters is perfect. And, as I said, it is not on the nose, which makes the whole experience way more gratifying, you are not being taught those, you can perceive this anime as both as a wholesome experience and as an analysis of our own way of living.
That is why for me this anime is a 10 this season, because it continues this act of beauty. The Saikawa-Kanna relationship is still there, the great contrast of Elma is still there, Lucoa is given even more colour and Tooru is as great as ever. Ilulu as a character is still not completely done, for sure as we can tell by the OP, but what we have seen yet is perfect. The way to convey your prospect way of living, the importance of respect to the children and the concept of regret and how it affects our way of thinking and living is perfect, cant ask for more yet.

Cats. Who doesn't know about the behaviour of cats? Cats have been one of the most traditional pets in our current society. Used to be worshipped by egyptians, cats were instrumental in plague control. They were viewed as guidance for us, the humans, exalted souls that were mute and exhibit an apparent selfish behaviour, which difference themselves from the dogs. Cats are also a sign of good fortune, and how couldn't it be? The usage of cats for pest control and get rid of the mice was extremely important to our survivorship in the past.
Cats. Which is the role of cats in the modern society?
...
Cats. Cats are strange creatures. They seem distant, but when they want your attention they try to communicate. They seem lazy, but at 3 AM at night they start to go raw. Nocturnal creatures, we as humans couldnt less relate with that, as our forced behaviour is to sleep at that hours. They are then a passive company, that we need as lonely as we are when everything start move so fast, when the money come and goes and the people start to drift apart.
Cats. Ore, Tsushima is a perfect and majestic depiction in frame by frame of the behaviour of cats and the codependency and symmetrical behaviour in people as lonely as old people have with them. Cats. Ore, Tsushima represents not only a light comedy about cats, but also a deep critique to the state of our current relations and how apparent is that our true souls in this present time needs something to care of when our necessities are already satisfied. Cats. This shorts would not only grant a good laugh, but also a philosophical ride through the deep mind of Tsushima.
Cats. This is a 10/10 as of now. Will change it later

When I first wrote a review about Higehiro I gave it a 2. I thought that this show was pointless, shallow and just a sad attempt to attract the lower common denominator of anime viewers into inserting themselves to the main character Yoshida. The premise, out of a hentai doujinshi, could have been treated better by being more risky, I wanted to see some tit. I didn't see some tit, I was disappointed. Now, when I have ended this series, I would gladly say that this is not a 2. It is a 1. And I will happily express why I think that this is
...
case, why GROOMING HERO is a despicable piece of media.
Lets start with the production, the production of this anime is atrocious and can be compared to my favorites hentais, even worse than some of them. Maybe this decision had a deep reasoning. "Well, this plot looks like a hentai, wouldn't it be a great idea to make this also appear like a hentai?" It didn't work, staring to an still shot for 5 seconds, watching the forehead of the main character get BIGGER AND BIGGER AND BIGGER each episode was awful. If one thing you won't like about this anime is the animation, so how about the characters?
The characters are abhorrent. The main story features 2 characters. One is Sayu, a girl that at the start of the story cant really express herself and throughout the story gets the bravery to establishing her own desires to the world, a classical coming of age topic. The problem is that Sayu is an abhorrent character that have no coherency. Her mother told her something wrong and she have the courage to leave the house, but then she almost get raped and have no courage to face the rapist, instead she laugh it off like nothing happened, WHAT? Her background was treated like shit, the episode that explains the reasoning behind her runaway is maybe one of the most gigantic pieces of unintentional comedy of this season.
Then we have Yoshida, Yoshida is a plain character that it is supposed to be YOU, that is his purpose. YOU are Yoshida, Yoshida is correct, never make wrong decisions, well he does, BUT his wrong decisions are MORALLY correct. YOSHIDA IS A NICE GUY. And YOSHIDA is wanted by everyone. By the gyaru, by the slut, by the big titties office boss and by the cute junior. Everyone. And that is the worst shit, Yoshida only good quality is being reasonable. It. Is. Incel. Bait. It. Is. For. You. To. Insert.
Then lets not say the fact that all other characters are almost completely irrelevant and say the same thing over and over to Sayu. All other characters talk to each other like they are a phone in power mode trying to save data. No point.
So, why would you want to watch this series instead of watching the latest NTR hentai? I don't know, maybe you want to live the fantasy of people treating you well because you are nice. I don't know, maybe you want to masturbate to softporn. In any case, if you want to watch a reasonable plot with good animation and characters, this anime is not for you
1 out of 10, I could have read more doujinshis instead of watching this and would be happier.

Super Cub is an Honda advertisement effort to sell those shiny and useless motorcycles, and it does a good job about it! First of all, I'm not being paid from Honda for this review, so I'm going to be completely impartial about it. Honda is a great company and I have the most respect out of their employees, so if you work for Honda I tell you, have a good life.
Now, going into the review, Super Cub features a glooming teenager called Koguma, whose life is as boring and middle of the pack as it can be. Koguma have no parents, money or friends at
...
the start, which the later is not surprising at all because she probably have some high into the spectrum autism as we can see later in the series. Her life got better when she got her Super Cub, since her life could start to take some colour (Like literally, everytime they wanted to show us that she felt good they changed the colours. That gimmick was alright at the start, then it got annoying as fuck)
The art of this anime is ok, the characters are somehow normal which I like, they look like they would be an extra in your favorite action anime, that's the point i guess. The CGI usage is somehow cheap, I have no problem with CGI honestly, the time reduction that it gives is extremely worth it so I have no desire to talk shit about it. The only problem is that it broke the continuity of the scene many times, since the models and the drawings didnt feature the same features (Like ground and shit, whatever). The music was alright too, the usage of classical music like the change of colors got old very fast for me, hearing i dont know who because im a shitty ignorant behind a motorcycle motor was extremely jarring too, but who cares
The main problem of this anime is then the interactios between of characters. The plot, as it is a slice of life, shouldnt be an issue. Koguma travels, buys some dumbass equipment and then her life get better. Not something to worry about. The problem is then how those characters act besides the cubs. You have Reiko and Shii, the other two characters, and while Reiko is a charming and engaging characters that synchronize with the deep into the spectrum Koguma, I don't see the same in Shii. There is no reason for Shii to keep Koguma and Reiko near them, the purpose of her is to sell us the Cub, and then when she got introduced the ad levels of bullshit got so high that it was unbearable.
In my honesty, Shii would have served better as a contraposition of Koguma and Reiko obsession, not as someone who wants to get into their own frequency. That way we would get out of the monotonous tone that this had. The problem is that she doesnt, and she doesnt because this is an ad.
I won't say anything about episode 5 and 11 because they were clearly subject of brain damage writing
That would be it. If you want something calm to watch, watch this. Skip episode 5 to not get mad because it is also almost pointless, and turn your brain off in episode 11 to have a better day. The only salvageable aspect of this is that it was a good ad, so I will give it a 4 out of 10 for the execution

Tackling the concept of disabilities and mental frontiers, Josee get us through an oceans of emotions in her effort to touch the limits that she couldnt think that she could meet. The kick off of this journey is her meeting with a new acquaintance, and how the perception of her own self and the whole world changes with that
Josee takes itself seriously from the beginning, offeringmesmerizing visuals and designs that got my eyes blurry and wanting for some more. The art, the shots, everything comes together to deliver something, to convey an emotion, or to convey a message. In this way, this movie is highly
...
pragmatic, there is no pause, everything serves a purpose, it is provocative, it makes you think about it.
The story itself is quite simple though, indeed, if we reduce it to the simplest form it would be a classical romance, a cliche one certainly. This isn't a problem though, many times I've said in the past that the main objective of a media shouldn't be necessarily directed to be innovative, sometimes it could offer other things, and hell yeah does it present another exciting feats. The way that every little point goes to another point makes complete sense both emotionally and rationally.
Jesee character is completely understood from the beginning, maybe because as an spectator I've seen it before, maybe because it was conveyed in a crude manner, but it doesn't matter, it works. Tsuneo reactions to what is suddenly happening around him is realistic, there is no other way to put it, and that makes him wonderful, since you can feel that the reactions to what he does and his own reactions have truly a meaning and an emotion attached to it that is organic, emotionally tangible
The unfold of the story is quite tragic, while the parallels are obvious to the naked view, the execution of how every piece start to stick together makes it worth the time. As I said before, there is no break, there is no interlude, when shit hits the fan you get the moment to reflect on it and it doesn't drag, it goes just into action.
This story doesn't try to be subtle, but the raw emotions that the climax gives you should be enough to make you feel something, to get something, and to at least remember to your own self that there is something else to live for, to not give up for, a cliche message that is somehow, as I said before, done greatly by the execution and direction of the story. Indeed, the fact that this message is so flat and nothing new works well with the movie, the main character have forgotten that too, have lost its hope, its aim, and the own story makes him understand what he made her understand at the beginning. The hope that he gave to her was returned, he was reminded of his own self
As a conclussion, Josee is a nice piece of media that is worth to be seen. The art is beautiful, as you should expect from a movie nowadays, the soundtrack and shots are memorable, the characters are well defined and enticing to see, and the story is correctly executed in its own banality. It was a good ride, even in its own predictability and wicked fates
8/10

Today I was doing my homework, and I got an erection. The problem was, I have no desires to watch porn at this hours. Then I remembered, I have this OVA to watch, and decided that I had to give it a try after hearing the rumours about it.
This OVA of the series Kaguya-sama encapsulates everything that is right in this anime. Hard hitting sketches with self aware humour. Memorable characters that you could feel by yourself. A lesson of life that is going to get you going for your whole life.
The first sketches were the best. I could feel the Ishigame desires and lust
...
going through my screen while I remember my past hentais. The humour was on point, like almost always, completely self aware about how dumb this OVA and who they are catering to. That's the good part.
The second sketch was even better, the experience of linking a doujinshi with your daily life is something that maybe most high schoolers have done in their life, if they have friends, of course. There is no comment further here, the only thing is that the punchline was really predictable, but the execution before that was magnificient. I had the urge to go to my Fakku account and read some quality mangas.
Finally the last sketch was fine, maybe an average Kaguya sketch. That doesnt really matter at this point because the first two were peak entertainment and featuring best girl Miko is always a pleasure to watch. The production point were also average or even below average Kaguya, but that doesnt matter either
In conclussion, if you like big tits, big asses and some quality art that makes your dick go crazy, watch this. If you are a pussy unable to understand the greatness or is too afraid of high schooler on high schooler lust, then dont watch it.
