I admit, I was hesitant to watch Kill la Kill. The art style wasn't particularly appealing, and the first few episodes were mostly nonsense. But the best advice I can give you is this: DON'T BE COWED BY THE NONSENSE. Once the story picks up, you'll be glad you decided to give it a chance.

The character variety and development was phenomenal. Even the seemingly most useless, nonsensical characters have an important role by the end of the series. The show provides moving examples of friendship and family, completely detestable villains, and a heterogeneous combination of characters you can't help but get at least a little ...

No.6 (Anime) add
After completing No. 6, I must say, I am very impressed and deeply in love.

I admit: I only decided to watch the anime because I had seen fanart of Shion x Rat and thought they were an adorable pairing. But when I actually got down to watching it, I realized it was so much more than that, and hardly even revolved around romance (let alone yaoi).

Normally, it’ll take me at least a week to finish even a short anime. Yet I was so infatuated with No. 6 that I watched all 11 episodes in one day. I watched the English dub since I’m too ...
