This is purely my opinion backed up by facts, not facts backed up by my opinion.
The first time I watched it, I would've given it an 8. But the second time, I realized how overly dark it was. I'm not saying that as an oversensitive whiner, but a lot of the deaths I felt were just unnecessary. I bumped it down to a 5 because of that, and also the stereotypical "rawr gawr government evil rawr" thing going on. Also, I don't know whether this is a problem on my end or a translation error, but like halfway through randomly they start talking about experience
