OK, I personally enjoyed this anime. It was definitely a "treat" to watch, but I can tell you now, that it had some downsides. First off, my god, I can't even explain the breast sizes. I was wondering the whole time how they could even run with those things let alone one Shizuka with breasts the size of over-sized watermelons. Then there is the lack of character development, for some of the characters. For example, Kouta we get NO development in. He could be a freaking terrorist for all I care, but we wouldn't know that would we? Then we look at, the only 4 ... REAL main characters: Takashi, Saeko, Rei, and Saya. Who get loads of character development. Now, I will not go too in-depth with this, but I wish there was more action. Truthfully, when the action scenes DID come in, I was excited and ready for more, but no, only a couple through the entire season.

Now on to the good stuff about it. And I will say, that what I'm about to tell you is in my opinion, the best things about H.O.T.D. I was amazed, AMAZED by how the graphics where. You had 3D shots, with at times, these amazing scenes where you were SO into it. And you can not say that you did not want a orange dirt bike after seeing some of those scenes. There weren't many of those amazing graphic scenes, but when they came up, it was something to look forward to. Now.....the erotic scenes. I'm not going to say much...but they were wonderful... The entire season, it had so many funny moments, now that's a bad and good thing. It's good because they had humor, the bad is because they used it WAY to much. This also leads into the story, it was good and bad. Great setup, action, erotic scenes. The bad was quick ending to setup, not much action, a lot of erotic scenes. It had that much erotic scenes, that I'm pretty sure I had a hard on most of the time.

All in all, it was Awesome and bad at the same time. I just hope they don't make the same mistakes in the second season, which I am hyped for. I hope you found this helpful.
