This show is enjoyable. The idea behind it is fun and I like the idea of a game where the game mechanics can change dependent on the players choices in the game.

Our main character is Ray. He's young man who got into playing the game from his brother. Starting the game hes introduced to the idea of the game world offering an endless possibility for everyone to make their dreams or desire real in the game.

The first quest ray does ends up with him somehow killing a very high level monster. Evolving his.... eh hand stone into a maid sword. Nemesis as the sword is ... named is apparently born out of Ray's will to save someone.

Honestly the story is a bit... over the top at time. Ray is fine as a character, hes very driven to do right but I also feel that hes very bland at the same time? I dont know how to explain it, but his catchphrase "leaves a nasty taste in my mouth" was made more ridiculous the more he ended up saying it.

I'm not gonna say the show is crap. But I found myself thinking at the end of the 13 episode that this was just barely the start of the story.

Argh I dont know.

Honestly I dont hate this show, the fight scenes are ok, I can follow them. What I cant understand is when they suddenly starts talking about the embryo and what they are and how they are used.
Also the hierarchy use was of no use to me to understand the story.

Overall I found Ray to a bit bland, still good hero but overall bland in portrayal. His and nemesis relationships felt a bit odd at times and I cant help but wonder why no one seems weirded out by the fact that they have some loli maid as a weapon and that that maid seems to have more personality than themselves.

It's a decent show. I would recommend to those who want some action and battle.

Maple and her story is a simple one. One which I enjoyed alot.

If you are looking for an mystery or an evil villain in this anime. Then I suggest you check out other anime for that.

Maple is a normal girl, who after her friend convinces her, buys the popular mmorpg game. It's a virtual world of delights. As Maple explores the world on her own while her friend is still grounded form playing. She somehow manages to make herself so overpowered that the game admins has to put restrictions on her abilities.

The story is pretty simple so it's not gonna have a lot ... emotional or heartbreaking scenes. Maple and her friends is just playing a game and enjoying themselves.

Which I found to be just what I wanted. There are so many stories out there that tells of a mysterious organization's or people trapped in a game world. But here it's just the story of friends playing, exploring and having a lot of fun.

The main points of why I like this show is:

1. Maple. Maple is a very likeable character, her sister to play with all of her friends. And her first thought when starting to play the game is that she doesnt want to get hurt. She doesnt cheat or look for way to cheat the system. Rather she just explores and somehow unearth new way to use the game system as she plays. Maple is a fun and likeable character and I found myself thinking I would enjoy playing with Maple as a partner.

2. The wacky way Maple somehow finds new way to take me by surprise.

3. The character designs. I honestly isn't much for moe characters. But I found these to all have a fun design, a fun personality and I just like how this show, SHOWS that it isn't just the game mechanics or the monster killing that makes someone enjoy the game. An MMOrpg is built on the idea that you dont have to play alone, you can but the possibility to be able to have people around who enjoyed playing and exploring just as much as you.

In truth I feel this show is more for us who want a simple story, which is fun, enjoyable and sometimes wacky.

While I do enjoy a different take on the isekai genre i do feel like this anime is not all that different to any other anime.

Honestly the characters are bland. Main character is so Mary Sue and overpowered it just seriously gets to predictable as the series progresses. Barely anything is a problem for our main character it's so bland.

The supporting cast are into, what I can see, into 2 categories: Dumbass and boobs

Seriously nearly any female character is depicted with either giant boobs or "flat chest"
Their only contributing is to fall for the main character without any rhyme or reason.

I feel that the ... only support characters with any development are the Male characters. And they are ok, but not enough for me to care to much about them.

And while the fan service isn't all that much here it is pretty obvious when it gets on screen.

If you like more developed characters, even the support cast, then I would recommend you rather watch Log Horizon. A good isekai story with enjoyable characters that is actually believable

Ok so the main point of this manga is of course its fan service. But I tried to see beyond the assets of underage teenage girls and the digusted feeling I got when I read a particular chapter about girls bathing. :(

All the same I was eager to read this manga for the main reason, its mystery. The mystery was what kept me going all the way to the end. Which was the only reason why i read the thing from start to end.

And yeah lets talk about the 'End'.

It sucked, it was awfully rushed and guess what?! It was barely worth reading ... through the manga. A manga where 95% of the story goes to the fan service aspect.

Overall if you just want to see underage girls boobs bounce around and every underage girl walking around in miniskirts. While the world is coming to an end. Well then this is the manga for you. (T_T)
