Yor Forger('s voice actress) is a shy and sweet tiger that makes noodles by hand (paw)! Tatsu the Immortal Dragon('s voice actor) is a cat that took over a ramen food cart presumably named after himself and decided to open a physical location! They can't put green onions on ramen because it's dangerous for cats! Sasaki needs to put clothes on to go to government offices so they don't kick him out thinking he's a stray!
This series is excellent slice of life. It seems silly but as it comes along you realize it's very well thought through. Each character has a very distinct, well established ...

An understated meditation on friendship, death, the passage of time, grief and loneliness with lovingly crafted animation, flat out gorgeous music and stunning scenery. The exposition is very delicate and the characters are fleshed out in such a natural way that you are endeared to them without knowing exactly when or how it happened. This series feels unlike any other in recent memory. It may feel a bit slow for those who are looking for constant stimulation, but if you're happy to let a story develop you will be richly rewarded.
