Beastars roped me back into anime once again. Though what really struck me about it was how much, Legosi is relatable. At least for myself. The stories reflect on Legosi struggling socially and I suppose you could say with his inner demons as a carnivore. The additional characters this story also has a focus on, such as Louis and Haru also help the viewer understand haunts them, and why they act in the manner that they do. to where they currently are. I was definitely latched on for the long run, and mercifully there will be a second season. Other than opening up old wounds, much of the show is fun to watch, or cringy if you get some flashbacks.
As far as the actual production, it's 3D animation is fantastic. Generally, I have not been a fan of anime being done this way, but it was definitely impressive to see. In addition, the stop motion intro was so well done, I had to see it most of the time when watching the show instead of hitting "Skip Intro". On top of it, the soundtrack for this show is absolutely fantastic. It's catchy, and uplifting when it needs to be, and dreary when the mood calls for it. All the voice acting is done wonderfully and it moves fluidly with the CGI.
This anime is definitely one of the best of the season, and should definitely be viewed. I can't wait to keep up with the adventures of Legosi next season.

So, I haven't written many reviews thus far, and this anime surely does have quite a bit of them. With that said though, I finally got around to watching it at a friend's suggestion. The original plan was for both of us to watch it at the same time, but I ended up going straight through it in a week and a half.

found many of the stories within this anime to open up some old wounds. Of course, they are most likely a bit exaggerated for the purpose of the story, but regardless of those, the main points of the episodes were well written.
I definitely wish there was another season or two in addition to the movies that had come out for it. I very much recommend the series to those who have not seen it, and perhaps again to those who have not seen it in some time.

The beat of angels. This being my fourth review I will do the best I can to say how I feel of this.
**Spoilers may be ahead.**
Alright, my friend had suggested that I take a look at this anime since I enjoyed "Plastic Memories" (Review will come when I have time for it), and I was actually fairly satisfied with this. At first I was a bit confused as to what was going on for all of five minutes since you are utterly tossed into the situation that Otonashi has been also thrown into, but as the show goes on you start to relate to

the characters in more ways than one, and as they drop off it becomes rather difficult to cope with; Especially the end of the anime. I didn't cry, but I did feel rather distraught when the characters I loved "left". Overall trying to not to show off much of the anime, even with some of the plot holes that I think are present, and also the way persons "leave" is a bit anti-climactic for me(Not the last). I would suggest that you take some time to look at it, though be aware if you are easy to cry, you probably will. Cheers!

Asobi ni Iku yo, or in know in english as "Cat planet cuties" I will say looks phenomenal, but it immediately failed to disappoint me. The first episode did start off fairly well composed, with good action, and a semi decent plot. So here forth goes my third review.

The first problem I immediately had was that Eris was far too playful and secondly Kio far too weak of a male character. The second I had was the stereotype of dogs vs cats, only that it was reversed this time. I did not see the main goal of the

dogs since it isn't clearly defined, or it was so poor that I over saw it as just a cat fan service fest since all but one of the feline aliens is a girl, short of a very vague image from the past in a memory of a character that comes later on. Speaking of that character, it was too short of a plot to relate to her, and I found myself wanting to know more of the travels of her rather than the main adventure that was taking place. Thirdly I found the love square to be relatively annoying as well since it comes to /no/ conclusion.
Those being my chief complaints, the story lacked refinement, and the excessive cuteness was a bit of a drain on some parts that could have had a strong emotional impact on the viewer. They should have spent more time on character development rather than large breasted cats, and small ones alike. They also introduced some characters out of no where with little to know explanation as to how they got there which was a bit odd. This considering how hard they tried to make this anime look like a "huge" thing by the credits.
Any who this of course does not mean it was absolutely horrid. It's a good time filler, with good voice acting (dub) and a fairly cute art style that I enjoyed to watch. I would say watch this at your own risk for story, but if you just want to burn time, then go for it.

Le Chevalier D'Eon caught my attention right away due to it's setting. I am a huge fan of the eighteenth century, and they did a fantastic job at depicting that in this story. Remember that this is a tragedy ahead of time.

Story:
We start off with a coffin drifting in a canal in Paris. Outside is in blood "Psalms" is written, and inside lies the body of Lia who is D'Eon's sister. D'Eon is a loyal servant of King Louis XV of France, and leaves Versailles to serve as the secret police of the King in Paris to try

to find what happened to his sister. From there on you are introduced to the other characters and the mystery of the "Poets" who recite verses of the Psalms to reveal their powers for both good and evil. The story itself is composed fairly well, and you need to be aware that this is a tragedy, and it will end as such. Though with that said the ending is satisfying for the most part. Everything to me seemed to wrap well together though the transformation was a throw off at the end of the first episode. The story is wrapped in adventure, mystery and religion.
Opinion:
Le Chevalier D'Eon was fantastic. I loved the historical characters that were injected, though I found the abdication of a certain king rather inaccurate. The show of course has it's flaws. I would have wished for a slightly more joyful conclusion, but alas I was disappointed there. Though the sounds I found fairly good, along with the script, and then the opening theme is just phenomenal. I love the song and wish it had a cover in English. Overall I give the series a 9/10 respectfully. I took a point off due to the ending and the artwork that feels a little off nowadays. Though there is nothing wrong with it. I hope this review sways you to at least look at it. Cheers!

Alright well I will keep this short and sweet. This is probably one of my favorite animes that I have seen to date. I have just started on the second season and it is also phenomenal. The character development is a little slow in my opinion, and some of the episodes might seem disconnected, but I assure you that it is not the case. Solider through the 26 episodes and you will not regret it. I know this isn't a fantastic review but I don't want to put too many details in. Just pick up the show and enjoy. Best wishes!
