Spoilers: Both are about survival of humanity against monsters. Both rely on a elite force to protect humanity. But as the story progresses the world widens. And you discover that in both the monsters you have been battling all along are actual humans turned into monsters. Also at first both stories think they are the only humans in the world then it widens, and it turns out there are more humans. Attack on titan explores this realm Claymore doesn't but still a dynamic none the less. Both are bloody and grotesque at times.

While Re: Main is a bit different because of the amnesia thing. They are pretty similar a prodigy on a bad team, teaching amateurs how to play. They have strong supporting pieces that have their own motivation but they all have to come together to achieve their slightly unrealistic goals. Through hard word practice and bonds they formed they try to achieve their goals. While the prodigy realizes he can better himself as well

Both MC's are sort of empty and just existing until they find the thing they want to pursue that gives them purpose. Blue Period seems like it will be much darker and serious but from a early on they seem to have similar vibes

Both leads were inspired by their deceased grandpa to play a off the beat Japanese Instrument. And are heavily influenced by the passing of said figure. Both join a club and rediscover themselves and in way their relationship with their grandpa through playing the instrument. I am not sure yet on Mashhiro no oto but I have a hunch that both will have a crowd of girls after them yet the mc will only go for one of them.

Both MC's just really want to play in their sports and go through some hardships and overcome them for the love of the sport, both also have slight romantic drama and tend to be slightly more slice of life ish, both also are pretty realistic representations of their sports.
