Both series are set in a future where the world has become uninhabitable except for a few select places. Privileged people live within a walled city where they are ignorant to the lives of others living in the slums outside. In No.6, Shion is one of the privileged living in the wall. In Mother Keeper, Ricalna is one of the rebels living in the slums outside. In both series the protagonist ends up on the other side of the wall and learns that life there isn't what they expected and that everything they have thought to be true might be a lie.

...then you might like Harem Manga no Shujinkou daga Gay nanode Mainichi ga Tsurai add

Harem Manga...Tsurai is similar to Arcana oneshot #4 Gold☆March ~ Serikawa Mame. Both have protagonists who are aware of their character type and are unhappy with the role they're supposed to play. They attempt to change their character type with little success.

...then you might like Kanojo ni Naru Hi add

The stories are extremely similar. In both manga one of the main characters collapses and while they are at the hospital they discover they are genetically female and decide to try living their lives as a girl. When they return to school there are some awkward moments with their friends as they don't quite know how to treat them now that their friendship is becoming more of a romance.

...then you might like Orenchi no Furo Jijou add

Basically the same plot. A boy finds a merman and brings it home where it ends up living in his bathtub. Both kind of hint at Shonen Ai as well.

...then you might like Shi ga Futari wo Wakatsu made add

In both manga the main characters belong to groups who chase criminals. In Switch they belong to the Narcotics Enforcement Department and in Until Death Do Us Part the group is more of a vigilante group. Both series deal a lot with gangs and have a lot of fighting.

If you liked Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou desu yo? add

...then you might like No Game No Life add

In both series the human protagonists are summoned to a new world with the promise of a more interesting life. In this new world there are many different races (elves, demons etc) and everything, from individual matters to territory and personal rights, can be decided by games.
