Bocchi the Rock!

I'm surprised no one made this recommendation yet :O But if you loved Bocchi as a character, then you will love Mya-nee too (and vice versa)! Both Bocchi the Rock and Wataten are slice of life cgdct anime with great comedy and characters! Hitori (aka Bocchi) and Miyako (aka Mya-nee) have a lot in common. Both are girls with social anxiety who wear a track suit 24/7 and happen to be the mc of their own anime. Both have the most adorable little sisters out there. And both excel at their own craft (Bocchi is really good at playing the guitar and Mya-nee is really good at making sweets and cosplay). While Miyako's social anxiety is not as bad as Bocchi's (e.g. no Bocchi time or glitching out of reality), both are unable to handle interactions with strangers, especially store clerks xD Both of them also feel uncomfortable wearing cosplay infront of others. In some ways Mya-nee is kinda like an adult version of Bocchi. Miyako is a college student and can actually act like a proper big sister... sometimes. Bocchi on the other hand is a high schooler and has her entire family worried about her. Most of Bocchi the Rock takes place at school or in the live house, while the majority of Wataten takes place at Miyako's home. Other differences between both shows are their focus, as well as the goals of the mc. Bocchi wants to play in a band, hence music is a big part of the anime. Meanwhile Miyako wants to take pictures of her sister's classmate in cosplay- errr, I mean she want to make friends! So bribing her into wearing cosplay is the a big part of the anime. Yeah, Mya-nee is a bit of a pervert, borderline pedo even (but she is still best girl, just like Bocchi!).

Love All Play

The way the characters from Love All Play interact with each other is giving me some serious Haikyuu!! vibes. Both are sports anime (volleyball in Haikyuu!! and badminton in Love All Play) and both have a main character who didn't receive proper training in middle school but has a promising future ahead in high school. The cast of characters certainly feel dynamic and lively in both. And to top it all off, both anime have their own "royality" (the "King of the court" in Haikyuu!! and the "Prince of badminton" in Love All Play).

Love All Play and Hanebado! are both badminton related anime. While Love All Play focuses on men's badminton, Hanebado! focuses on women's badminton. Both anime take place during high school. If you enjoy badminton, you should definitely give this one a watch, especially since there aren't many badminton anime out there! (I believe the only other badminton anime at the moment is Ryman's Club).

Kino no Tabi: The Beautiful World - The Animated Series

Just to name some similiartities from the top of my head: - Both main characters have a talking companion (Hermes, the motorcycle in Kino no Tabi and Chamber, the mech in Suisei no Gargantia). - Both worlds have their populations live in enclosed spaces with different rules and world views (Countries in Kino no Tabi and Fleets in Suisei no Gargantia). - While both anime have some fight scenes, the plot mainly revolves around the life-styles of the people in the countries (Kino no Tabi) / on the fleets (Suisei no Gargantia).
