Also, if you don't mind playing/watching playthroughs of VNs, there's Higurashi. It's by far one of the best horror/thrillers I've experienced in any medium. My personal favorite part is the 3rd chapter.
I'll post a link to a playthrough of the first chapter: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyL5n8z8rL-2HZViJz_ne5IZurP3f3Xiv
The channel has all the chapters except for the last one, since it just came out a week ago on Steam.
Maiden of Amnesia is a pretty good romance with some horror mixed in.
I also recommend Toilet-bound Hanako-kun if you want something more comedic, but sprinkled with darker moments as well as some romance.
Mermaid Forest also contains some romance, though it's mostly thriller/horror.
When it come to pure thrillers, I highly recommend Monster.
Baccano and Durarara are mostly action-focused, but they have some mystery aspects as well.
I hope I could help! :)

Right now we're running the Spring 2020 Clash of the Unsupported Shows, a feature in which we recognize those hidden gems of the season, and make a group watch out of it ^.^ So feel free to vote there!
If you're into group watches, we have the Spotlight feature for that ;)
