Please note that my ratings aren't exactly an indicator of what is personally enjoyable to me. I suppose I try to rate based on "objective" measures but it depends on the genre (such as comedy) and other considerations. Plenty of stuff that I rate a 7 is something I'm a big fan of or enjoy but there are too many flaws for me to feel comfortable saying it is higher than a 7, and then there are plenty of 7s that I don't have as special feelings for, and the same goes for anime I've rated less than a 7 as well.
