This and OPM: fans of One's style of storytelling will likely find themselves at home with Mashle. Primarily because of the protagonist who also happens to have an odd personality in comparison to the characters and world around them. I also found that the comedy was fairly similar.

Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic

Fantasy/Mythology, Magic-oriented, "Level-Up" Abilities, Fanservice Galore, Bright Color Palette, Same Studio, Giant Cast of Characters, Same Target Audience (?) I think Magi does a better job than FT in juggling all these aspects in less episodes, however it is not a perfect show by any means. Note that Magi was never fully adapted; only 50 episodes.

Kumichou Musume to Sewagakari

Both feature wholesome slice-of-life content centered around a single large family (that is usually but not always functional). Both series' soundtracks are also similar in that they are uplifting and help bolster their respective scenes. Dub voice acting is stellar in both these titles.

While made in different eras (and consequently different types of humor), both feature students that are trying to take down their teacher, but the latter outwits them and ultimately teaches them important life lessons. Both Koro Sensei and Onizuka are seen as great educators, albeit for MUCH different reasons.
