They get better after a certain point (don't wanna spoil if you don't know, idk what the anime's pace is) but even in those better scans they over saturate the black to where dark skin characters look like racist caricatures. Of course they also like throw in random crazy slurs too. Really unfortunate, seems like I'll never be able to read it until I learn a different language lol.
