The anime starts really strong with a surprise innocent looking girl turned out to be stronger than the average joe in that world. It also introduces the characters and from the first look you can predict their roles in the series. the plot twists were implemented really well that make you want to know more of what will happen next. So far so good.

All that until you reach the end... it becomes really confusing and messy; At first, Anis decides to become the queen but she doesnt want to become the queen because she want to work on her stuff AND she doesnt really ... want to make heirs.. then Euphie decides to solve this by becoming immortal and getting adopted to become the queen? I wonder what this solves exactly? Now two lesbians became step sisters so euphie wanted to prevent anis from marrying a man to give birth but now euphie has that reaponsiblity but shes immortal and she already lovey dovey with anisphia and so... what exactly was solved? This created even worse ending.

The world's politics could be different but I think Anis would have had the right to choose who and when she want to marry. She could have spent her remaining free time spreading magicology and enjoying her life until her responsbilities as royal come.

Even then, as queen she would have the freedom to do things while probably her to be husband king would have done most of the work. Her being the queen will also send out a messege to commoners that there is nothing to fear about status or not having magic as everyone will be equal but for whatever reason the author chose the worst possible good ending that doesnt solve any issue they spent the last 3 episodes mumbling about.

In conclusion I believe the anime is good but lacks a meaningful ending.

This anime is like the Last of us part 2. Some people love it but some dont. And I'm on the "hate it" side.

It is definitely a unique anime about a witch going on a journey and meeting different people with different stories. I'm sure some people will enjoy it as that's pretty much the point of the anime. But here is why I hate it...

First when I watched the trailer and the anime art page it looked like some really interesting adventure anime that would be somehow wholesome and really show how the world is an interesting place, but after watching it all. I ... really disliked it and that is because I personally felt like the story is kinda shi*t; every episode is bad. Really bad and that's because at first it seems like everything is alright and some really interesting things will happen like a "heroine will save the day and learn a lesson about some value of life or a wisdom" but no. Everything has a twist and the main character is pretty much a b*tch ignoring everyone and not caring about the lesson that must he learned. She usually solve the issue but most of the time she runs away as if nothing happened and the problem solved is usually... well all the time really dark. I'm not a fan of that. I personally dont like it for that reason as I dont find any enjoyment in "seeing the world get worse and ignore its issues" type of things. I wished that she would at least be the good witch and realize the human heart to some extent as a witch. But as I said that's a personal reason as many others like my brother enjoyed it because he thought the story was basicslly entertaining but we agreed that its not organized as if it doesnt really teach the watcher anything of value.


Other than that the Art style and the animation look smooth and amazing like high budget anime. I liked the music and the voice acting. So in conclusion. What I hate is the character personality and the story itself.

I like Sword art online. Some people hate and and some like it the same as every anime ever. I watched it long time ago and I did re watch it now since I'm in quarantine. And I thought that I should write a review about the anime.

The thing Is that I love playing videogames especially MMORPGS. And when I first watched SAO I was excited to see an anime about people stuck in a videogame because I have never seen something like this before except Log horizon but for SAO it's like life and death situation. The story and ... the events were enjoyable and eveytime i finish an episode i wanted to watch more of it.

The problem is that I see sometimes people complain that it ended too fast and I kinda understand. When I finished watching it for the first time I was disappointed because so many stuff happened quickly. Regardless, the story and the animation were very good. The art sometimes feel weird when it's from afar or a distance, but some places looked beautiful so did the effects.


The characters were a bit.. weird. I was hoping for then to have some epic knight guy ot a samurai overpowered nerd and stuff like that but no.. we got more girls and 1 guy. I would just say that I had high expectations for SAO since I thought it would be a long anime because of the floors thing. But yeah it ended quickly and there wasnt much characters involved.


Overall.. I love SAO because it simply evolved and became more mysterious and thrilling. If you want to hate on this anime Or if you want to be a nerd about it then just do so. I hope one day they will make a reboot and make things right but I still find the anime enjoyable just like any videogame world anime. :)
