is it bad to consider the so called u say 30-40% anime and 70-60% cartoon on MyAnimeLIst.com? if they considered it people will not be angry

Did you saw it? Do you think it can be called 100% anime? :) I really doubt it, partly yes, it can, but more it is a cartoon. I would say about 30-40% anime and 70-60% cartoon, roughly speaking =)
Officially, it is called: anime-cartoon, but how many % there is anime and how many % cartoon it's hard to say.

Officially, it is called: anime-cartoon, but how many % there is anime and how many % cartoon it's hard to say.
Anyway its a fantastic masterpiece.
