14/04/2023 : I guess work made me grow out of anime. Still enjoy it but almost don't watch anymore though I still read manga bc easier/faster to follow

Anime became mainstream (as a whole, not just shounen). How weird as well, wouldn't have bet on it. When you knew the shit when it was still not so highly regarded and now the same strange japanese antics get served but it doesn't faze ppl that much anymore smh ?
It's great tho, there's a whole array of stories that are only told through anime
