Hinamatsuri (TV)

Both of these are funny as hell, yet manage to be a feelgood kind of shows. Both have espers as main characters and both are emotionally stale. Which is fun. I swear. Hinamatsuri is more from the weird side of shows compared to SaikiK, especially how the storytelling goes.

Summertime Render

First the obvious similarity between the two: both MC's die and respawn back in time. Multiple times. Both have the same thriller mystery element, since the reason why they have the powers they do is unclear. The differences: Re:zero is a an isekai and the setting is in a fantasy world, and Summertime Render is not an isekai and is in the modern day Japan. Summertime Render has only one season so it's shorter. Both are good.

Kino no Tabi: The Beautiful World - The Animated Series
add

Both of the shows are episodic, and the story revolves around the main character traveling from place to place and solving different issues each place has. Both have very adult themes and series undertones. Kinos Journey is definitely more violent with flashy fights blood and gore, and in Mushishi there's barely any violence. The deaths and brutal scenes in Mushishi are more soothing and calm and it creates the tension by dialogue rather than fights. Both are beautiful.

Tensai Ouji no Akaji Kokka Saisei Jutsu

Tensai Ouji is not an isekai but I found the MC's in both of these have somewhat similar traits. In both they are slowly building and strengthening a kingdom and both are super clever and cunning type of guys. But then again, Log Horizon is an isekai but back in the day they knew how to make one. Log Horizon is the better one from these two.

Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi

Somehow these two have very little in common but still I think you would enjoy Senpai ga Kouhai no Hanashi if you liked Wotakoi. Senpai ga Kouhai no Hanashi has no gamers or otakus in it but the characters are somehow similarly vibed :D Both revolve around a office workplace setting and are chill yet energetic slice-of-life shows. Senpai ga Uzai no Hanashi is not so romance based as Wotakoi but it has plenty of romance elements in it. Both are chill to watch!

Given
add

It is similar in theme and drama aspects. Main characters are musicians and heavily into music in general in their represented scenes. Also the human drama is quite similar but Given goes way deeper and darker. Given has more romannce than Sakamichi no Apollon, relationships between characters in Given are way personal than in Sakamichi no Apollon. Sakamichi no Apollon dwells more in the general teenage highschool mindset and hardships relating to that. Idk, I like both of them for different reasons.

Bakuten!!

I personally enjoyed Kaze ga tsuyoku fuiteru a lot more that Bakuten!! but I still found it enjoyable. It is based in a similar dormitory setting, the mc's coming in as a new member into the group and they're making a place for themselves. It's a feel good type a show. A bit tacky imo at times but it didn't bother me too much.

Odd Taxi

Beastars lowered the bar for furry(ish) animal aesthetic animes since it is sort of based in a realistic world much like our own. Odd Taxi is similarly based in an ''adult'' world and it deals with complex relationships between the characters like Beastars. The story is not as clearly shaped, it is a mystery story with many many characters but it's still built very well. I liked it a lot.
