Before i actually review this, it would've been a 10 if the ending wasn't as bad as it was. it made no sense whatsoever. Like when were the two males in the council group interested in getting laid.
Story(8): compared to last season, this one focuses a lot more on Shinomiya's perspective instead of a mix of the two. I kinda felt like shirogane wasn't really as important of a character as Shinomiya was. The actual plot was similar to last season, however a few new things shown up like the election and Ishigami's backstory.

Story(6): The story is unique when you add trains to the plot, but the story is more about love than trains. It shows how a kind person dedicated to their goal can prosper in a different way.
Art(4): The fact that they took more time sexualizing the females in the story than anything else explains it all. Some scenes the characters don't even move their mouth when they're talking.
