It's pretty much the same thing.They're both ecchi, harem, action anime in a high-school setting.Both anime have relatable characters(based on your interest ;) who look out for others by all means necessary. Only difference is that the mc in trinity seven is a perv.

They both have the same high school,harem,action, ecchi theme. Both mcs are genuinely nice guys and do all they can to protect others. The only major difference is that Rail wars is centered around trains.

Pretty much the same thing. Harem anime where in the end the mc finds what they wanted only to be surprised and have to fight it.Both are a harem, ecchi, fantasy/action high school anime. The only major difference is that the mc in trinity seven is not afraid of doing things* with his harem.
