I watched this movie 12 years ago when I was about ?5. It didn't scare me and it definitely opened my eyes to a different side of life. Yes it's a creepy film and it can haunt you forever, I recommend you watch it at midnight. It reminded me of a predator (like yubaba the eagle) it reminded me you can get slavered and spied on.

I rate this one a 10/10 I wish there was another season now, it's been 2 years or more, it was a very good anime and one of the best I have seen. It was very creepy and fear mongering because the children were trapped and couldn't escape.
Cannibalism and horror, it is similar to AOT, for lovers of that show. The children are trapped and one of them actually got eaten. It made me curious to read the manga, I didn't want to just stop there. I got a very soft spot for the 3 main characters and it never got boring in this anime.

I rated this a 9. I watched this in April 2016, around the time the second season came out. A school friend introduced the series to me when I was 12, and I feel like 'Levi' is a very cool character but a bit overrated at this point, because he kicks people and bullies the sh*t out of them. (For example he kicked a tooth out of somebody for no reason)
It was quite abusive, I didn't really find it cool to watch. I didn't find it funny but I had more of a heart for the characters Mikasa or Jaeger. =) It made my heart ... |
