Servamp

-primarily male characters -supernatural creatures serving humans -main character deals with terrible past -comedic at times, though grows serious as series progresses -both have VA's Yuki Kaji and Daisuke Ono (a little bit of Ono in Servamp (。◕‿◕。) I chose Book of Circus because relationships are better established by now; it's just a matter of digging deeper, and in Circus, we get more details about Ciel's past. My main character comparisons are between Ciel and Kuro

Servamp
|
-primarily all-male characters -at times a gag anime, but grows more emotional and complex further into the series -focuses on relationships between characters (though, one follows brothers and the other cellmates) -characters Kuro (Servamp) and Jyugo (Nanbaka) are conflicted and come to terms with themselves [and the things they've done] in the series

Both feature a young-ish boy with a supernatural servant. That connection puts them in danger at times, but the serving monster and the boy develop an odd friendship. Both are humorous and aim to be dark, and include same seiyuus (Yuki Kaji and Daisuke Ono (appears later in Servamp)). Both have an array of characters who are also monsters.

Blood Lad

Both feature vampires (though Blood Lad shows other creatures too. In different ways, the vamp's life is sort of ruled by a human (though, Blood Lad is in a romantic sort of way). The shows carry the same dark tones, violent and bloody with some humor. They also share seiyuus (Yuki Kaji, Takuma Terashima, & Ryohei Kimura).

Mob Psycho 100

Saitama and Mob look and behave similarly. They both have a "sidekick" character who aren't as powerful (although, Genos can definitely beat up Reigen--and almost anybody-- anytime). They are both very powerful characters from the beginning, exaggeratedly so. Both animes have incredible action--and the animation styles for it--and are mostly funny. I'm not caught up with Mob Psycho just yet, but I'm not the only one who has seen the similarities between these two.
