I've seen one episode of Made in Abyss and it looks alright, but other than that it has been disappointing for me. Even continuing shows like My Hero Academia have been letdowns. The only thing that I find redeemable from this season is the dub for Hajimete no Gal. I wrote a sub-only review on it (https://myanimelist.net/reviews.php?id=257483 if you're interested), but the dub honestly makes me want to write a separate review on it; it is that good! There's just something that appeals to me when a show knows how trash it is, and decides to revel in it's trashiness than try to take itself seriously.

Hey there, glad you enjoyed my review for it. I agree with Stark's take on the series; it's a complete cash-grab. And while I was disappointed and frustrated all the way through, episode 12 made me take it down to a 2/10.
