There's not much to say about this manga. Putting it very simply, it is an otome isekai story, but the author is training to become a speed runner.
Seven chapters and we have MC being isekaied, meeting dude, having sex with said dude (nothing explicit, though), some drama, a kidnapping, and there was also almost a wedding.
The only reason I think someone should read this story is if that they want to see otome isekai stripped to its bare bones to have a full and quick understanding of the genre, or if they want to know what they need to include in their parody

Besides being the plot of a shitty Wattpad fanfic, that's the basic premise of 3D Kanojo: Real Girl. When I first heard about it, it seemed like a good anime. This anime is really, really, really, really, really, really, really fucking stupid and I love it.
This show is not a masterpiece, but it is a fun isekai that shows the wackiest things in the earnest manners, taking itself very seriously and not at all at the same time, the perfect way to make the show work. Anos is a great deviation from the usual isekai protagonist (insecure, perverted, dumb, annoying, etc.) and makes the show even more enjoyable.
