3D Kanojo: Real Girl

Both series are centered around the theme of a romantic relationship developing with a person who suffers from memory loss or will inevitably lose their memory - and forget the romantic partner along with it, leaving him/her suffering, until... (not going to spoil it).

3D Kanojo: Real Girl
add

Both series are about a nerdy guy who's led by circumstances to date one of the popular girls in school. Though Hajimete no Gal is more focused around humorous situation. Meanwhile, 3D Kanojo is more serious and goes all the way until the characters are 25 years old.

Both series are a harem of a mortal man surrounded by monster/supernatural girls who love him and their shenanigans.

Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai!
add

The dynamic between both protagonists is similar. Though Aho Girl is a lot more obnoxious. Uzaki-chan is a lot more refined. And frankly, better overall. But, I wouldn't skip Aho Girl. Because the episodes are 12-minute long and they are hilarious and cute. Not every meal we have has to be a top-quality T-bone.

Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai!

Clueless guy and aggressive girl dynamic. The similarities are just way more than there is to mention explicitly. The only difference is that the Uzaki story is college-themed, so it has sexual jokes. Unlike the innocent middle-school Takagi-san story.

Love Hina

Both shows are very similar, though Green Green is obviously much less quality. The Keitaro Urashima's (Green Green) two male friends are virtually copies of Green Green's Ijuuin Tadatomo and Ichiban-Boshi Hikaru.

Asu no Yoichi!
add

As I progress watching Love Hina more and more, I can only think how similar these two anime series are! It even has the same types of characters. Only difference is that Love Hina has some supernatural stuff (other than kendo/samurai being able to manipulate the air with their Chi/sword or whatever).

DNA²
add

Both these anime series' main story is about a time-traveller from the future that is trying to change it from the past-line they travelled to. Basically Midori from Green Green and Karin from DNA2. Green Green is pretty grotesque with its ecchi scenes, DNA2 isn't like that at all. Nevertheless, both have a bitter-sweet ending that leaves you at awe and are worth watching definitely.

Grand Blue

Strongly recommend you go and watch Prison School if you liked Grand Blue (and vice versa)! I enjoyed both, tremendously. If you're the crazy type that's okay with homoerotic humor, male nudity and bizarre situations - do yourself a favor and watch it too. You won't regret!
