A very sweet and cozy story starring our favorite fairy (not Cirno): Clownpiece! She easily carries the story with her fun, yet seemingly mature personality. Her interactions with the other residentes of Gensokyo never failed to put a smile on my face. The small scenes with her and Hecatia brought tears to my eyes, and may I say it even was, peak fiction; peak relationship dynamic.
This is by far my favorite entry of the official Touhou stories ZUN has written and the artist doesn't fall too far behind him, either. He draws all the characters in an extremely consistent way and adds to the designs ...

The best entry in the Touhou Sangetsusei series, considering the better art and story that it follows.
You follow the various faries fooling around in gensokyo. Is it particularly good? Not really, but it also isn't bad, seeng as you do get to see the worldbuilding and faries in their natural habitats. You follow the 3 main faries from the previous series, but clownpiece, Cirno, and a few other fairies also make an appearance.
Of course, characters from the main series like Marisa and Reimu are here. Nothing crazy here, but it's a side story series that adds to the worldbuilding of Gensokyo.
