Two Isekai novels where the MC reincarnates into an RPG-like Fantasy world, as 1 of the weakest monster; with skills, levels & evolution trees. Both worlds have multiple other Japanese citizens who have also reincarnated into the world and the novels have snappy comedy. Main difference being... Reincarnated as a Slime ... More Kingdom Building, with a large community feel. So I'm a Spider ... A lot more Action Adventure oriented, with the MC going solo most of time.

Both stories follow very FUNNY female leads in their Journey to level up in dungeons, the story is SO fresh for an isekai and is more their personal Journey than only love.

-Isekai -The character development is pretty much similar -Both related to god and stuff.

starts off with the MC stuck with a game interface. MC decides to level up and become stronger and quickly becomes op. The thing is neither of these stories cease to be boring because the MC is op, in fact they just get more and more interesting. One of the reasons is that the MC of each of them have a fleshed out character and actually develop as they get stronger. Also both of them have hype af fights

I would not have thought that these 2 LN were similar upon first glance, but... Overlord Isekai set in a RPG-like Fantasy world | Immense World-Building | Transfered as Inhuman Elder Litch character | Male MC starts Overpowered | Lawful Evil | Huge Repertoire of Skills | Follows Multiple Character Perspectives | MC delves in Complicated Machinations | Great Character Sheets So I'm a Spider, So What? Isekai set in a RPG-like Fantasy world | Great World-Building | Reincarnated as Inhuman Lesser Spider | Female MC eventually becomes OP | Lawful Evil | Huge Repertoire of Skills | Follows Multiple Character Perspectives | MC delves in Complicated Machinations |  read more

As someone who enjoyed Kumo and the spidery adventure. You can't miss Joou Heika no Isekai Strategy. Being isekai both of them, many spiders are involved. But Joou Heika is a little more brutal as far as I can see and I enjoy it.
