Manga: Kodomo no Omocha
Marmalade Boy and Kodomo no Omocha were both being published in Japan around the same time and being serialized in the same magazine (Ribon). They're both shojo manga though the plots are a little different. Even if they have a different plot, you should still give both of these manga a try.

Manga: Honoka ni Purple
There are quite a few similarities between these two. In both, there are two families where the parents remarry. Then of course the non-blood related, newly formed siblings fall in love with eachother! Both also have important scenes in libraries... and some suprising plot twists! Both are really cute and fun to read too!!

Manga: Cherry Juice
Love triangles that involve step siblings living together, initially not on the right foot, but developments slowly bring them closer together, while outsiders attempt to break them apart. You'll find the usual shoujo elements in these stories, jealousy, the leading character's inability to understand their own feelings, other potential love interests that attempt to pull the siblings apart. If you like one, you may like the other.

Manga: Sonnan ja Nee yo
Romance between people living under the same roof in a complicated family situation. Marmalade Boy is between step-siblings in a silly two-family setup, whereas Sonnan ja nee yo has siblings trying to figure out how they're actually related and whether one of them is adopted. Sweet love stories and cute humour ensue!

is also a step siblings who love each other,but they keep a secret. Marmalade Boy have more drama,because the parents say clear that they should not have a relation ship.

Manga: Eden no Hana
In both EnH and MB love develops between the two siblings. However in EnH there is a darker tone in what happened to the little sister in the past and before she meets her brother, while MB is more on the lighter side. In both there are misunderstandings about whether they are blood related or not. On the whole, If you like one you'll definitely like the other as well!

Stepsiblings are trying to get along and fall eventually in love, but it is , like always, not easy... Involves problems at school, at home, between themselves.. both stories are very cute though

Manga: Hanazakari no Kimitachi e
Both Maramalade boy and Hana-Kimi are alike because the main couple somehow end up living together and also a few of the characters seemed similar in both mangas: Minami Nanba(hana-kimi) for me is like Satoshi Miwa (marlade boy). Both are good romantic, comedy, dramas i really liked both mangas :)

Manga: Koi Nanka Hajimaranai
I really like both of these dramas because they are so warm and sweet! There are a lot of misunderstandings, and both are about a guy and girl who are forced to live together. The guy ends up taking care of the girl a lot.

Manga: "Kare" First Love
Well, it has that feeling of "Oh no! What is going to go wrong now?" That continual suspense of who is going to end up with who. Really good romances in both. People trying to steal each other's lover, and very touching.

Manga: Ichigo Channel
The romantic drama is really similar. The main character is a girl who a ton of guys seem to just fall in love with! Also, Miki and Ichiko have similar personalities (they both cry a LOT) I don't want to spoil anything, but if you enjoyed Marmalade boy's drama then you will probably enjoy Ichigo Channel, and vice versa.

If you enjoy series were a girl has to deal with her parents remarriage, and subsequently gaining a gorgeous step-brother who she just can't stop looking at (and neither can anyone else!), these are for you!

Manga: Akuma na Eros
The plot is very similar, but Akuma na Eros (The Devil Does Exist) delves deeper into the plot that Marmalade Boy seems to. It is more suited to an older audience, as it deals with more mature sorts of situations than MB does. Personally I found Akuma na Eros more enjoyable. Perhaps it was the very detailed art and distinct characters.

Manga: Mars
Even though the characters in both series are the same age, Marmalade Boy comes off as a kind of "MARS Junior" series. Both are about the trials and tribulations surrounding family, friends, and young love, with the various problems faced by characters in each series sometimes having striking similarities; Marmalade Boy just takes a lighter, softer approach that lends itself to humour, a more casual tone, and a younger audience while MARS amps up the drama to keep readers rivetted.

Manga: Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou
High school romances with equal amounts of humour and drama. The main couple are an odd fit but seem to work well together, until aquaintances and past troubles start to interfere. Marmalade Boy doesn't get quite as "dark" as Kare Kano, but otherwise they're the same kind of story.
