The seme, Oosugi (crazy that I remember), is good looking, but unfortunately doesn’t show any true remorse for forcing himself on Koharu, in my opinion. Even though the characters said it was r-word themselves, which it was, they kind of treated it like excessive flirting rather than an act of violence. There seems to be a lot of discussion that this one actually discourages r-word, which I frankly do not agree with. It may put it in a negative view, but not to the level that it is a horrific act on another human being.
I’m very harsh when it comes to consent in yaoi when

it comes to labeling, but I’m also lenient with the story as a whole, and both of these tendencies are because rape, non-con, and dub-con are so so so prevalent in yaoi/BL. I don’t think that’s a good thing, so I’m harsh when addressing it, but I also realize that suspended disbelief and familiarity with the genre can allow a manga to be both good as a whole and contain a very iffy consent plotline. Unfortunately, this one is not that :D! I thought it was boring to be honest. The seme was good-looking and that’s it. Every single hurdle was addressed half-assed and always solved in about the same way, with either the uke just getting over it himself or the seme smoothing it over or both. So not only was there r-word, it was boring.
