Both mangas involve a virtual/RPG like world with a dark atmosphere, a troubled protagonist and a very depressing story.

Very similar anti-hero themes, easily capable of killing and has a straight forward goal. Although in Yakushoku Distpiari it is much less oriented on a revenge but defeating the demon lord. Ubel Blatt, Koinzell learns to feel emotion to a degree, Truza is heartless in the beginning (You will see why in the first few chapters). Ubel Blatt is now around 150-200 chapters and going, Yokushoku Dispiari is still developing in the 6-20 chapter stage. As they are both Seinen Manga it is filled with blood, gore and body parts flying off. If you like one you will almost certainly like the other.

Both these fantasy manga deal with our MC having one mission - defeating demon(s). Along the way, he keeps on meeting strange and interesting characters who he works alongside with in order to achieve his aim. However, the treatment of both is different. While Yakushoku is set in a fantasy world, Alice is set in the real world where our MC is able to enter people's dreams.

As a twist of fate in Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari and Yakushoku Distpiari. The two protagonist are given skills that would lead them down the path of despair. Hence effecting their personality, reputation, and even perception of life for the worst. Though dealt with a bad hand. Both of our perceived as villain characters, would have to makes the best of what they got to achieve their goal as supposedly hero.

Both acting as villains of the stories, and slightly similar plot wise takes place in in a fantasy environment, followed by a warrior who went through betrayal seeking retribution!

Tragedy, despair, hopelessness, disaster, calamity, catastrophe, cataclysm, misfortune, mishap, adversity in every pages as you can see and very similar anti-hero themes, easily capable of killing and has a straight forward goal. Both seem that they are the heroes but then you see the other side you don't even know who is the righteous one anymore and both are Seinen Manga it is filled with blood, gore, and body parts flying off. If you like one you will almost certainly like the other.
