Both are by the same mangaka. Both are psychological shoujo. Both stories are really similar. In Iguana no Musume the older sister has never received love from her mother, unlike her younger sister. In Hanshin the older twin is ugly and didn't get enough attention from her family. Unlike her beautiful twin, who got enough attention & praised by others. If you liked Hanshin, you'll like Iguana no Musume.
