I initially thought that this would be a look into female characters in the world of the manga "Crows". Crows is legendary for being a sausage fest and having zero female characters (not even love interests or mother figures) so I thought that seeing what the ladies are up to in this universally male world could be kind of interesting. It turns out the manga is actually a panel to panel recreation of some famous Crows chapters, but with the characters gender-bent into fanservice heavy female versions. purpose is to ape the original comic. The failure to introduce any original elements beyond fanservice prevents this from being anything more than mildly amusing.
Story: 4. The story is identical to the original Crows, and the chapters are usually far apart from eachother in the original manga (ie the chapters do not lead directly into each other) This makes the story pretty worthless, as it doesnt do anything to separate itself from the original, which you most likely already read. Also, for some reason the female delinquents are all magical girls. No explanation given.
Art: The only really good thing. The art isnt very ambitious, mainly aiming to just be fanservice, but its at least well-drawn fanservice.
Character: 3. My biggest gripe with the series. The characters in "Crows" are all meant to be hot blooded young men who live lives of fierce independence, camaraderie, and honour. Its less about delinquents and more about how being a delinquent is how these young men express their desire to live lives of meaning and authenticity. Its pretty strong stuff. The gender-bent versions of these characters, as opposed to being some feminine equivalent to these values, replace them with things that are just dumb. While the male characters in Crows were often dumb, the female versions are childish stereotypes of women obsessed with clothing and makeup. They all lack the spirit of the original Crows, and it all feels a bit moronic. Maybe I was expecting too much, but it feels like a weird tribute that totally ignores the main appeal of the original work.
Enjoyment: 5. I like pretty anime girls as much as the next guy and this is at least a quick read, but its just not that fun when compared to the power of the original work.
