Manga: Tsubasa to Hotaru
The theme of 'basketball' is exhibited in both mangas. The female protagonist finds herself surrounded by basketball players and inadvertently falls for one of them, particularly the one with black hair. Rivals are present in both mangas. Both mangas do have their differences, as in Haru Matsu Bokura she secretly meets the boys because of jealousy and popularity, whereas in Tsubasa to Hotaru, she is the manager of the basketball team. If you have read one and enjoyed it, you may like the other.

Manga: Nijiiro Days
Both series explores youth and relationships between the main characters. There is romance that develops with story as each progresses. The main female protagonist from both series also has similar personalities but sometimes has a hard time expressing their thoughts. Their setting takes place at school where every day life events are relatable.

Manga: Amakunai Karera no Nichijou wa.
Both mangas are reverse harem shoujos, with a female protagonist that wants to become friends with a group of boys. Both characters are hard-working and also have female friends. I'd say Harumatsu is slightly happier in tone and the characters have had easier lives, but nevertheless, the theme of youth and making the most of your high-school life is predominant. Friendship is the most important thing in both mangas, too.

They are both shoujo romance manga, and has reverse harem elements.

Manga: Houkago, Koishita.
Both are shoujos revolving around sports. Harumatsu Bokura about basketball and Houkago, Koishita about volleyball respectively. Both have the ML as a prodigy or someone who is very talented at their craft and a clumsy but cute FL. They both have a love triangle and just overall give off a similar vibe.

Manga: Mainichi Kiss shite Ii desu ka?
Harumatsu Bokura also have the trope ( childhood friends meeting again when one them is pushy and them dealing with the changes ) first few chapters you wouldnt notice the similarity except Harumtsu is full rounded and amazing and dont focus on one trope

Male characters in both are kind of giving off the same vibe, living in their own words (Taki and Towa). In 350 Material female protagonist and the boy are starting going out pretty quickly though.

Manga: Hiren Trip
The art style of both manga are very similar, especially the male protagonists as they seem to look alike. The female protagonists are similar in personality in which both girls fall in love first, are very dedicated, and sometimes have feelings of insecurity and shyness. While Hiren Trip deals with the student council affairs, Haru Matsu Bokura revolves more around the basketball club.

Manga: Mizutama Honey Boy
Both series are shoujo that take place in highschool. The guy plays basketball in harumatsu bokura, and in mizutama honey boy the girl is in the kendo club. Both are shoujo comedy so if you like shoujo you'll like either.
