Both 3.3.7 Byooshi!! and Chocolat are fastpaced seinen with a similar humour. They give off a similar feeling and are full of lovable characters. If you like Chocolat then you'll definitely like 3.3.7 Byooshi. 

While a first look wouldn't give you much to set the two in anywhere near the same realm, the drive to succeed in something that seems mostly foreign to the main character can be found in both. And while you can't find the overflow of cute girls in 3.3.7 as much as you can in AKB49 there is just as much comedy and drive to pull you in to something you never thought would strike a chord with you! 

Take 2 country side boys, give them a pinch of popularity, then transfer them to Tokyo, add some evil women, finally spice it up with a reputable FIGHTING SPIRIT. Though taken place in opposite faces of Tokyo, they quickly have to find their place in completely unknown and awkward territories where dealing with women becomes an everyday thing. Their spirit and will power get them lots of attention, love and harmony. Such bliss is a good as nothing when their thick skulls know nothing of women... 

These mangas give you a look into the other side of business in Japan, the "Water" Business or the Red Light District, they are both the same. If you enjoyed the setting in one, you will also find the other entertaining!  

Authored by the same mangaka, the two series follow male protagonists who are interested in cheering. Again!! maintains a strictly school setting, whereas 3.3.7 Byooshi!! diversifies.  

Perhaps the most prevailing similarity between these two series is the focus on cheerleading. In 3.3.7 Byooshi!!, it is generally a one man affair. In Go! Tenba Cheerleaders, it is a whole group of cheerleaders.
