Only able to read 12 chapter so far, but an interesting story. A world of humans and Rares living together, but the Rares are treated like slaves or second rate citizens.

I should describe something about Rares. They have (most by chapter 12) have human like appearance with some who have horns or other body part that make them different. Some have fully human form that they can change at will or to hid in plain sight.

Rares are classify by what type of creature they are that set the value of how valuable they are. The value are important since there are hunters who will ... capture them dead or alive, depending on the client or the price.

With people like that who hunt or have Rares as slaves, a new department has open to help the many Rares, maintain the new laws on Rares, and stop the hunters who hunt them.

Story is entraining with the many different creature and powers they process. The artwork is great with the city theme and the dark tone. Have some humor around and heartwarming moments.

Read it, try it out. The landscape and the fun characters with their quirks are enjoying to read. Have a mystery theme, but have lots of action and fight scenes.

Hiroshi Shiibashi's artwork is a wonderful sight. It's dark and gritty but can be cute at times. It's rough and unclean, which fits in with my personal taste. This author also wrote Nura: Rise of the Youkai Clan.

Sadly, only 13 chapters are available to read and it ends with the 32nd. So far, the art is on point. It's a lot darker than his previous work but it works for the enivroment that the story takes place in.

The lead character, Axel, is a vampire that is bad with directions and strong from the beginning of the story. He is often used to introduce ... other characters to the world of monsters. Axel is designed well and is consistent with his character but does have some character development as he works closer with his "peers".

The story is simple and to the point, despite it being a mystery shounen series. The comedy isn't too over the top and does well for a short series.

I would suggest this manga to people are fans of the authors previous work and for fans of supernatural shounen.
