A one shot about a 'I am a model/idol student at school/otaku that makes a manga for comiket and is a slob in their spare time' type story. That's the easiest way to sum up the entire one shot.
The model student/otaku being the female lead, the male lead being the friend/doujin assistance/assists with the booth. The characters are pretty good for what there is to work with in this one shot. They get the job done, aren't that amazing but are suited to the content well and it doesn't waste what time it has. At first I thought it was going to be like a

one shot of Umaru kind of thing just lazy around the house but has the 'a model student in front of others' part in the beginning but then it ended up as just what it was 'says is a slob' but gets to the doujin/comiket part for the rest of it. So think of it like an Umaru beginning/with some other type with a doujin selling scene.
The art is pretty alright, I didn't think much of it but it suits. The characters are fine, the backgrounds didn't think much of but convey enough.
The first 1-2 pages are in colour of the school moment, then the rest takes place around the 'getting a yaoi doujin' in time for comiket, being at comiket selling them and the final moments. It's simple, it tries to fit in what it can in the about 30-40 pages and it does it well.
They sell the doujin at their booth (the creator/model student dressed up). Someone they knows arrives, they freak out, says they are helping someone to cover up they are here for their purpose. They make their way to the booth, the male lead/friend is doing the booth, covers for her saying they are the one that's selling/making the doujin. The other male character that they know of that finds it strange wants him to join their club instead of doing what they are doing in their spare time, they fight and leaves. The female lead thanks the friend for looking out for them. The next day she gives the ideas for the next chapter/volume of their doujin (a typical joke) and the one shot just ends.
It's a pretty simple story/events.
It's pretty quick. There isn't too much going on that is bad about it. They don't go in depth about much like the yaoi stuff (may show some panels but that's about it) just what the characters roles are for the setup, the events play out of comiket, the emotional moment after the fight, joke ending. So if thinking about the 'yaoi' part it isn't really much at all, it's more about the cover up for the female lead than anything. I found it pretty enjoyable of just a simple one shot about an idol/cover up scene and the characters continuing on as normal than much of a twist or anything expected.
