The revenge of the heroines is the common denominator. Also, both heroines joined the same league as the guy they are wishing to cast their revenge on. They are both determined to overthrow their former love because of the misery they caused them. And along the way, they'll meet colorful characters that will brighten up their gloomy facade - who knows if these characters will help them exact their vengeances?

Although Uwasa no midori kun is much more mature, both are wonderful stories with comedy, romance and a awesome love triangle.

Same mangaka and similar love triangle concept. ^_^

Both of these manga involve girls with a goal in a certain sport and both pretending to be a male and crossdressing, for Nono it's Ski jumping and Uwasa it's soccer. Along the way, they're discovered but the person instead helps them with the sport and protecting their secret and they both fall for the main heroine. Nono has more drama and seriousness to it then Uwasa has but they're both great manga. If you liked Nono you may also like Uwasa

Both are sports related mangas where the female leads are in love with the sport, there's a love triangle in each just in Chihayafuru it's not as noticeable, the female lead makes new friends, they're both considered really beautiful, overall they're both amazing stories.

If you like one of these manga you will love the other. both mangas are very much alike. Girls cross dressing so that they can play the sport that they enjoy or for revenge. They both work hard in there sport so that they can beat the guy that they liked. And they can not let anyone find out that they are a girl.

Both are about a strong willed tomboy girl that has a goal to fulfill. For that, she secretly has a part time job on a maid café. Many comedy, romance and also both mangas have 3 boys (the three "idiots") who are friends of her. The only difference is that Uwasa Midori kun is more mature and has a love triangle while Kaichou wa maid sama is centered in the main couple and more light hearted scenes.

Both are about a girl who has been in love with her childhood friend all her life. Then she meets a altruistic kind boy who loves her and does everything to make her happy even knowing she does not love him. Both have an extremely hard love triangle. Uwasa is more smutty and sports theme, while Tonari is more drama and school life.
