A duo of overpowered females killing stuff and things and there's like blood and gore and sex and stuff in each chapter? Sounds like Trash and Murcielago to me! (Of course you want to read them both after this recommendation.)

Trash and Violence action share the love for blood, violence, really sad backstories, over powered killer girls, ugly yakuza bosses and lame manga titles like "Trash" and "Violence Action". Actually there aren't much on screen sexualized violence in Violence Action which might put off some readers.

Both are nice violent Girls with Guns manga with somewhat thin plots but great action with some differences; Triage X features characters blowing people's heads off for justice, Trash features characters blowing people's heads off for often no reason at all. There is lots of nudity and blood in both of these, but Trash has more gore in it.

Both deal with female assassins in fighting each other in a hyper realistic violent society. Except Desutoro 246 is superior, in my opinion. Less humor, more action.

Hitmen! Taking on missions, killing weirdos, hitting on girls, ending up in ecchi situations. Just the average day on the job. If you want to see cute girls as the main character go for Trash, if you want them as side characters go for Kyou Kara Hitman!

Drawn by the same artist, both focus on highly skilled killers-for-hire battling it out in gritty, to-the-death fights.

Tsugumomo and Trash have alot in common. Just saying. There's fights and stuff. Tsugumomo is alot more "shounen" than Trash, or would have been anyway, if it wasnt for the excessive bordeline hentai outbursts, that's also found in Trash.

Female-lead assassins killing other assassins in a high school setting, and most of the pages are filled with detailed fight sequences.
