Pets can have a large influence in our life when we come to accept them as family. This manhwa like Eien no With shows us how much a pet means to the main characters.

Manga: Taiyou no Uta
Reading Taiyou no Uta reminded me a lot of Eien no With. Taiyou no Uta is about a girl with a rare disease, and her struggle to live a normal life while battling it. Eien no With is about a girl and her dog, and how painful it is to say goodbye to him. They don't seem similar on the surface, and in fact I can't really say why I'm recommending Taiyou no Uta without spoiling the ending. But if you've read either one of these manga, and were touched or moved by the ending, the other one should move you in a similar way.

Both deal with dogs are extremely sad, yet amazing manga.

Manga: Kingyosou
Both mangas have a dramatic approach that is sometimes similar, both with an impaired male, and how their life is quite different from others. Both female protagonist slowly learns how to be around such a person, though Kingyo Sou focuses more with the love relationship while Eien no With is more about her love and care for her dog.

Both are Dramas which tell the story of how the main character comes to terms with losing someone they love (a girlfriend in SiL and a dog in EnW). Both are bittersweet tearjerkers.

The first one shot of Tengoku no Inu Monogatari tells the story of a girl who comes tries to deal with losing the dog she loved, similar to Eien no With's story. Both emphasize the strength of the relationship between a girl and a dog.

Manga: Kimi no Kokoro Boku no Kokoro
Both talk about the healing power of dogs and both feature girls who want to improve themselves and do so through the dogs (KnKBnK - becoming a dog therapist, EnW - becoming a Happy Walker and raising Eye). Both are the sweet slice-of-life mangas that just make you feel happy for the characters! These stories are about growing, living, becoming who you want to be, and being who you are. If you love one I promise you'll love the other! They are also by the same author/artist so it does have a similar writing and artwork style.

Both relate to how a animal/human relationship can change a person's life/views. Although, in By Hero the human changes the animal's views/life, whilst the animal changes the human's views/life in Eien no With.
