Yotsubato! and Flying Witch has a similar atmospheric setting (similar to feeling of countryside). Their storytelling expresses slice of life content with credible intentions and crafts an elegant vibe. Both series' main female protagonist are also curious about the wonders of their world as we see their daily adventures. Recommended for manga readers of any age and genre. Do note that Flying Witch also has some fantasy themes.

Sousou no Frieren and Flying Witch are both manga series with a casual slice-of-life tone, although Sousou no Frieren leans more towards action/adventure while Flying Witch leans more towards comedy. Both are also very good at constructing a world rich with magic that at the same time feels lived in. Both series also have growing as a person as a central theme, although with Flying Witch that growth is about Makoto figuring out who she wants to be, while Sousou no Frieren is about Frieren learning to connect with others. Houkago wa, Isekai Kissa de Coffee (Isecafe) is definiely my highest rated light novel. with chill and casual way to introduce the character and the world around it. similar with Flying Witch in that regard if you asked me, but with huge different in the setting on how magic is used. Isecafe is about how a young men get teleported in another world and decide to make cafe in another world, from there the stories begin. Give it a try if you bored with genre that packed with action and dark story, it might suit your taste.

Both manga rely heavily on describing magic and how it is used, as well as enjoyable character development. however this no slice of life Moe manga, this involves more of a shojo type of attitude of a... female getting to know her partner while slowly revealing the darkness below the surface of both characters through various circumstances that arise.

Although they follow a different set of principles and premise, both series combines essence of fantasy with a slice of life mood. The main characters are involved in a story that connects them together but also at the same time brings drama when conflicts arises. Flying Witch has more of a loose story with its cast of characters while Dear expresses shoujo tones to its audience.

Similar stories of supernatural-themed slice of life. Peaceful and soothing, with plenty of sugary moments. Perfect read for cleansing the bitterness of your soul.

Both are slow Slice of Life manga that step into the Iyashikei genre, though Flying Witch has the healing in the form of exploring magic and places with a wide variety of characters, not all of whom are cute girls, while Shinmai Shimai has it in exploring food with a smaller cast of important characters, all of whom are cute girls. There is not too much similarity between them, but they both bring the all-important element of losing oneself in the events of the manga that bring liitle to no progress to the (non-existent) plot. These events are made to seem mundane despite being extraordinary.
