I picked a few popular ones that well known over here and the underrated ones for this list  Has to be at the start of the series or near the start. Can transfer out of WSJ (Chainsaw Man) but has to be serialized in WSJ since the beginning. Has to be biological parents, adoptive don’t count (Dr. Slump).   Actually this is my favorite manga series list. MAL rules don't allow personal lists  "Best" is subjective, but I think we can all agree that, in a manga, there is always that one arc that blows the rest of the story in the water: a turning point where the status quo is challenged and the plot reaches higher stakes. Basically, the peak of a series.   (Pretend that Harukana Receive is Bushizawa Receive, because I couldn't find that here, so I just picked a manga that looked the closest in name)   I decided to gather all the references I could find in this odd Jump collab.   Manga featuring intersex characters. Some are not human.   These manga have sequels or otherwise tell stories spanning many years, eventually following descendants of the original protagonists.   I know there's Dragon Quest, but the manga takes elements from the game series.
