both got a similar action atmosphere going on with gigantic oppai and ecchi scenes  

The protagonists are almost identical. Even their past seems similar. 

main is also a male who hides his identity at school hiding the fact that they are deadly killers under an innocent facade  

Both Male Protagonist are in a secret organization that's filled with a harem of dangerous women. Both Manga's involve busty OP female characters that are very skillful at martial arts and the use of Guns. Both Manga's have Comedy, Ecchi, action elements, not to mention amazing detail in art work and great character design.  

The story is not too similar but -highschool setting -underestimated male leads -important/powerful female leads 

Main similarities: •Both have "secretly" over powered characters. Many enemies think MC-kun is weak, but easily gets beaten up. •Has many epic scenes. •Both MC-kun are masters who has proteges/students who learns from him. •Similar genres (action, ecchi, harem, martial arts, etc.) Both my favourite manga, therefore highly recommended to read. 

Drawn by the same artist, both focus on highly skilled killers-for-hire battling it out in gritty, to-the-death fights. 

Both Manga have a powerful instructor but his skills doesn't match his look that is because both of these strong Teacher/Master they actually look like children but don't let there looks fool you these are well train instructor in World Teacher he was reincarnated but in Gun x Clover he was trained. I hardly recommend both manga if you like OP children instructor  

Both of these action titles feature female protagonists with multiple personalities. 

Both have overpowered protagonist that initially hid his overpowered skills, and slowly reveals it to the people around him. They also get their harems later on...
