Manga: Ranma ½
Both about a teenage boy who transforms into a teenage girl. Both about some sort of martial art... kinda. (Ranma is martial arts, Futaba is wrestling). Both funny.

Manga: Cinderella Boy
Both of these oldschool manga are about a boy that is inconvenienced by unwillingly turning into a woman when certain condition is met. Or maybe the other way around?

Manga: Pretty Face
Guy who has changed to a girls body, more or less the same changing but has more ecchi and different story. plus the guy in both stories is trying to hide his true indentity beyond the girl-guy vision.

Manga: Akane-chan Overdrive
Both are gender-benders, so any fans of gender-benders would likely enjoy this manga as well. The difference, however, is that in Futaba-kun change the main character changes from a guy to a girl and vice versa quite often; while in Akane-chan Overdrive the main character is stuck as a girl.
