This manga has the potential to be great. With just 3 chapters translated as of 2nd November 2025, I find myself being drawn in by the amazing art. The emotional theme in this manga is also something I do not really see being done well in many mangas that are centered around Music. I've read my fair share of Music mangas like Your Lie In April and Kono Oto Tomare(my favourite) whereby they have an element of emotional trauma and to overcome said trauma. And ofcourse, they also have an element of Romance, same with this manga. Now let's get to the meat and bones

of this review:
The characters are drawn so exceptionally well that I'd distinguish it from other shoujo mangas. As some of you have read some mangas, they always don a similar artstyle, which some people think is quite monotonous. This, to me is only the case when the story and characters themselves are poorly written, which is the all too common in these dime-a-dozen shoujo manga. Everyone always has low expectations getting into some shoujo mangas and thats very grounded with a number of these shoujo mangas being poorly written with the most generic plots, annoying Male Lead generic whose only characteristics are being emotionally inept, tall and handsome, Female Leads who hopelessly fall for an insenstitive and "cool" Male Lead and so on.
Which leads me to this manga: It's already so promising with the plot being that Mone used to be good friends with Kaito and Anji and were also a band. Until the dreadful event took place, a road accident leading Kaito to sacrifice himself to save Mone, as a result, Mone developed trauma and deep guilt from the accident. Now this story seems to be in the direction of emotional growth and overcoming trauma while enjoying what you like doing, which is progressing at a decent pace. Not to mention the art, my goodness the art is so well done. I'd argue It's similar to every other shoujo, but what sets it apart from the rest is the facial expressions made by Mone and Anji. The way Mone is able to express her emotions or feelings in such a beautiful way is so commendable, and aside from that, the character designs are so beautfiul, for Anji, Mone and Kaito. I really have such high expectations for this manga and a similarly rising star and high potential manga, "Kimi no "Gizaba" ga Mitemitai". I expect a lot from those two, and be sure to check them out as well if you want a cute, beautiful artstyle and great story mangas.
