I was sad when Mitama Security ended and hoped to see Hatomune return with another manga. When I saw that he was the creator of Service Wars, I immediately read it and I immediately enjoyed it. The humor is a bit weird but makes me giggle. The characters are earnest and over the top. There's always something happening in every chapter and the conclusion was satisfying. I wish this manga could have had more arcs but for what we got, everything was solid and fun. Of course, it came with Hatomune's weaknesses like getting a little too weird in places and some jokes falling flat, ... but that didn't detract from the overall experience. Once again, I find myself excited to see what his next manga will be and I'm looking forward to reading it too.

If you liked Mitama Security or enjoy bizarre silly humor with the occasional drama and peril then you'll probably enjoy this manga too.
